Our online employment verification process is currently not functional. Human Resources continues to work diligently to provide
employment verifications in a timely manner.
An interim solution is outlined below.
Submit employment verification requests by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
The request must include:
- Employee first and last name
- Date of birth
- Last four of social security number
Human Resources will reply to the original email request with the verified information on SFHS letterhead.
- Dates of employment
- Employment Status (Full time, Part time, ECB)
- Hourly rate of pay, current and previous YTD salary (only if signed release is provided in request)
Verbal verifications for dates of employment, status and title will continue to be provided by calling 918-502-8300 option 1.
